Charles Anderson
Principal
A principal and one of the four founders of Capital Trade, Inc., Chuck Anderson has 30 years experience in international trade matters, principally antidumping and countervailing duty actions. He has worked for dozens of law firms and represented numerous clients, both large and small, in international trade disputes. Chuck specializes in the analysis of massive amounts of data in adversarial international trade proceedings and general litigation matters. A former trade analyst with the U.S. Department of Commerce, Chuck has particular experience in analyzing pricing and cost of production data. He also has testified in front of the U.S. International Trade Commission on economic aspects of trade cases.
In addition, Chuck has prepared studies and analyses for other U.S. government agencies, including the United States Trade Representative, as well as foreign governments, trade associations,and commercial enterprises. His work has taken him to over 30 countries, and has covered numerous industries, ranging from New Zealand kiwifruit to German antifriction bearings. He has appeared as an expert in consulting and data analysis at a number of professional conferences.
